Entrance area
the main entrance to the park is an aesthetic, visible, trim area with information about the park and Dilijan, potential smoking areas
The lake is a showpiece
continuation of the entrance square and the central place of the park, creating opportunities for contemplation and contact with water and boating, an ice rink in winter, concerts on the platform on the water, cafes, Wi-Fi and public toilets. Area for reading, quiet relaxation, yoga on a small part of the lake (behind the bridge)
Event Glade
Use of the TIC building, co-working in the glade (with Wi-Fi), a place for reading, a platform for seminars, cultural and educational events. There are concerts and film screenings near the unfinished church. Entrance to the park through a glade and parking. There is a recreation area with awnings where you can read and relax near the water by the lake (behind the tents).
Hotel - development of an unfinished complex
a modern hotel complex or a modern art space. Perhaps temporary or permanent placement of sports objects: playgrounds and sports grounds, a climbing wall.
"Garden" for family vacation
active recreation in the natural area: children's and sports areas, attractions, shooting gallery, yoga, cinema, pavilions for events and recreation.
